The Office of Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes (OST Office) is located in the Office of the Deputy Mayor of Education. Also called Learn24, the OST Office provides organizations with taxpayer funded grants to offer after school and out-of-school-time programs. The OST Office is working on creating a public accountability framework for the grant recipients to be more transparent on the grantees. The OST Office wants community feedback through this survey on what should be considered for the framework.
