Connect.DC is happy to announce a new initiative called All Hands On Tech that provides FREE technical support for District residents. We are partnering with OCTOHelps, the District of Columbia Government's tech support program, to help residents with their technology needs, including: virus-infected laptops and smartphone assistance.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

These events are FREE and intended for District residents and are open to the public. Participants must sign a waiver prior to receiving any technical support. Participants are advised to back up their devices prior to the event. Participants will need to bring their own chargers and USB/external hard drives for backup. A general login may be created on a device; this is optional. The login will be deleted after services are completed.
